Registration


For participant’s convenience, the registration desk is divided into two places depending on the program.

1. Workshop Registration

The name badge for workshop can be picked up at the registration desk located in front of room 300, Conference Room South (3F).

  • August 28(Mon) : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • August 29(Tue) : 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2. ISFG 2017 Registration

The name badge for ISFG 2017 and conference kit can be picked up at the registration desk located in Auditorium Lobby (3F).

  • August 29(Tue) : 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • August 30(Wed) - August 31(Thu) : 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Sep 1(Fri) : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sep 2(Sat) : 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Presentation Time


  • Keynote presentation: 45 minutes (including Q&A time)
  • General presentation: 15 minutes (including Q&A time)

Presentation File and Equipment


Presenters are kindly requested to arrive at the Auditorium (Coex 3F) at least 10 minutes earlier before the session begins.

It is highly recommended that presenters should hand in their presentation file to the technician who is in the technical room behind the conference room.

There are 2 options for using presentation equipment as below.

[Option 1. Using Venue Facilities]

The Auditorium will be equipped and prepared with the following :
  • Laptop running MS-Office 2013 operated in Window 7, equipped with USB drive.
  • Monitor and a smart pointer on the podium
  • Slide size: 4:3
  • 1)All presenters should prepare the presentation file in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 or Adobe-PDF format in English. Please bring a USB memory containing your presentation file.
  • 2)If you use special fonts other than standard Windows Office 2013 ones, please also bring those font files along with your presentation file.
  • 3)If your presentation file includes movies, we strongly recommend that you bring the original movie files in WMV (Window Media Video). And you are also advised to check the technical matters with the technician prior to the session.

[Option 2. Using your own laptop]

Presenters are strongly recommended to use venue facilities. However if you want to use your own devices, please contact the secretariat (secretariat@isfg2017.org) and follow the direction below.
  • 1)Let the secretariat know about your required port between two types; RGB port or HDMI.
  • 2)If you willing to use MAC should bring all the necessary adaptors, which are compatible with our beam projector (RGB Port Only).
  • 3)Also, please be at the session room during the coffee break right before your session. You must inform that you will use your own laptop for the presentation to the technician so that they check the compatibility in advance.
